Ok, I'll try to clarify what I went over in our short class today.
Blogs
-- If your blog is not posted on my blog, please send me an email with your blog address as soon as possible.
-- Between now and Friday, February 23 please be working on your blogs. This may seem tangental, but it is 25% of your grade, meaning it's worth just as much as a paper. Here's what I mentioned in class:
1) Do some googling and see what you can find out about the movie Lost Book Found by filmmaker Jem Cohen. Particularly, how does this movie relate to the material we've been reading and the discussions we've been having in class?
2) Next, please read your classmates' blogs found over here on the right --------->
The goal of blogs is to create a virtual conversation that we can open up anytime between what's on the blogs and what's going on in class. So respond to a few, 2 or 3, of your classmates and then make a similar post on your own blog with a link back to their blog.
Good luck! I can't wait for conferences as I feel this is one of the best and most unique things that MSU 121 College Writing offers both teachers and students.
Salut,
W.
